Job Title: Digital Media Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Inflow. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the Government agencies external and internal branding. Your primary focus will be on performing periodic website content updates, managing website content using Government provided tools, and creating web pages for the customer with a focus on engagement, clarity, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing periodic website content updates
Managing website content using Government provided tools
Create web pages for the customer with a focus on engagement, clarity, and organization
Check website content for 508 compliance issues
Leverage internal and external website analytic tools to track and map out engagement, click rates, and trending data
Work with 508 Team to ensure that content, framework, and digital communications methods are within the 508 compliance guidelines
Write, edit, and maintain online content including but not limited to tweets, LinkedIn posts, and articles.
Research OIG projects in the news and compile into a daily report
Manage the OIG's social media accounts (LinkedIn and Twitter)
Use government provided tools for digital communication activities (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, and other tools)
Ensure quality products each time
Provide status on deliverables and timelines
Handle confidential and classified information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/system
Provide excellent editing services with the ability to catching spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, formatting issues, graphic alignment and formatting issues
Monitor website

Requirements:

2+ years digital media website content management experience or 4 years of experience without a degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
Proficient in Adobe PDFs, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects
Strong editing skills (correcting spelling/grammatical errors)
Ability to collect, interpret, and communicate web traffic analytics
Critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Awareness and interest in the Department of Defense, military, federal government, the media, and news organizations
Time management skills; ability to produce quality products under hard deadlines
Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

AS or AA degree. BS / BA highly desired.
