We have immediate openings remote Sales Development Representatives. The SDR is responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads using a call script. The ideal candidate for this position will focus on fostering and developing customer relationships.


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Completing the minimum required actions (calls).
  • Adhere to scorecard requirements as specified.
  • Accurately enter all information into database.
  • Accurately enter new contacts and vendors as needed.
  • Follow proper procedures for adding and deactivating contacts.
  • Use of email via vendor database and Microsoft Outlook required.
  • Conduct research as needed using sources provided during training.
  • Identify sources for vendor leads within the company’s geographic territory.
  • Actively participate in training sessions.
  • Assist in meeting department goals and metrics.
  • Receptive to coaching opportunities and methodologies.
  • Online e-guided learning with weekly meetings to accompany training.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer Service or Call Center Experience required.
  • Prior remote work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates the ability to achieve consistent and compliant work results.
  • Thoroughly applies job knowledge to successfully perform job duties. Embraces and manages times of technological and process changes. Focuses on productivity and create value driven results.
  • Prioritizes the importance of high quality as this allows our company to remain competitive.
  • Full time, 8 hours per day Monday- Friday
  • Background Check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Frequent coaching and 1:1 session.
