Job Description

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and assist in converting our warm leads into qualified sales calls. The ideal candidate will be skilled at engaging with potential clients who have shown interest in our services through various channels. Additionally, this role will involve outbound sales efforts to qualify leads further.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Engagement: Reach out to warm leads who have expressed interest in our services
  2. Outbound Triage Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to warm leads in the pipeline to qualify them further and schedule sales calls with our sales team.
  3. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule sales calls with our sales team.
  4. Communication: Build rapport, address inquiries, and effectively provide information about our services.
  5. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly targets for scheduled sales calls and conversions.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, outbound calls, and appointments.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Metrics & Compensation
  • Metrics:
    • Set eight (8) calls per week; at least 32 calls per month.
    • No-show rate for set calls under 25%
    • Attend AM Daily Huddles (Monday - Friday)
  • Weekly Pay: Specialists are paid weekly.
    • Flat Rate: For every booked call that shows up
      • $20.00 per ****booked appointment that shows up x 8 appt/week = $160 per week
      • $160 x 4 weeks = $640.00 per month (Flat-rate)
    • Commission Structure: SDRs are also paid a commission of 5% of any sale
  • Earning Potential: You can earn up to $5,000 per month if you book at least four sales calls per week with leads ready to buy.
  • Trial Period: There is a 30-day trial period before position finalization.
