As the top executive, the CEO oversees all aspects of hospital operations, maintains regulatory compliance, and drives organizational growth and innovation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to align hospital operations with the institution's mission, vision, and values.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance patient care quality, safety, and satisfaction while promoting clinical excellence and innovation.
- To support a positive work and learning environment and foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion among hospital staff, faculty, and students.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, faculty members, community leaders, and healthcare partners.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability while maximizing revenue streams and minimizing expenses.
- Oversee human resources management, including recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and improve clinical outcomes through data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and legal obligations while promoting a culture of ethical behavior and integrity.
- Champion patient-centered care initiatives, patient advocacy efforts, and community outreach programs to address healthcare disparities and promote population health.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in a complex healthcare organization, preferably in an academic or teaching hospital setting.
- We have demonstrated a track record of strategic planning, organizational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and experience with budgetary oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry trends, with a commitment to quality and patient safety.
