Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase Personal Training Revenue:

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the personal training segment of our business.
    • Promote and sell personal training packages to members and prospects.

  • Fitness Consultations:

    • Conduct fitness consultations to assess the needs and goals of potential clients.
    • Design personalized fitness plans to help clients reach their objectives.

  • Membership Sales Assistance:

    • Assist with membership sales.
    • Provide information about club services, amenities, and membership options.

  • Contact Personal Training Prospects:

    • Follow up with leads and inquiries related to personal training.
    • Schedule consultations and personal training sessions.

  • Assist in Club Marketing:

    • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
    • Engage in community outreach to promote the club and its services.

  • Assist in maintaining Cleanliness of the Gym:

    • Ensure that all areas of the gym are kept clean, safe, and organized.
    • Uphold the club's standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in personal training, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of fitness and health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer service.
  • Certification in personal training (preferred).
