Senior Agile Release Train Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Release Train Manager to lead our Agile Release Train flow of value. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Agile Release Train flow of value, providing expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders, and product development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching to groups of teams, including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.
- Facilitate discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.
- Collaborate with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
- Identify learning and development opportunities for multiple teams on the subject of agile methodology, principles, and/or tools; customize, maintain, and deliver training materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience working as a Release Train Engineer.
- Must be a certified SAFe RTE.
- Experience with Agile Development.
- Experience with Coaching.
- Experience with Design Thinking is a plus.
- Experience with Embracing Challenges, Group Facilitation, Conflict Management, and Innovation is a plus.
