Hourly Rate: Up to $35/hr. w2

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide second-line technical support from IT service desk to owners & ensure calls are diagnosed, resolved quickly & effectively
  • Promptly reply to technical support issues on a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Maintain a current level of knowledge regarding technology, security policies & company standards
  • Document actions, alterations & procedures to ensure an accurate record of current state of system
  • Convey the progress of investigations & solutions to customers to increase their understanding of desktop technology
  • Support of mobile devices including iPad, iPhone, iPod, Android, Windows/Apple laptops/desktops, as well as printers & other peripheral devices
  • Audiovisual system support & setup in business & residential environments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years experience supporting executive level in an onsite & remote capacity
  • Minimum 5 years of desktop support in Windows environments & peripheral devices
  • No less than 3 years experience working in Active Directory, Windows/IOS environments & networks
  • Two years plus experience in desktop administration & Office 365 along with Audio/Video systems
  • Project management skills are a big plus with MFA & MDA tools
  • An Apple, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Technology Specialist, or equivalent technical certifications are preferred
