QUALIFICATIONS: As a nurse aide, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our patients every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licenses vocational nurse (LVN), positively represent the facility, providing routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible patient documentation and providing a variety of patient support which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing departments. As a nurse aide you will, provide assistance in activities of daily living and complete necessary tasks to promote patient health, including assisting patients with basic hygiene needs, maintaining an optimum level of mobility and assisting patients with nutritional intake, as needed. May provide general support to other departments department, including vital signs, patient care, and assisting patients, visitors, physicians and ancillary personnel.
EDUCATION: You will need a high school diploma or equivalent and/or have a certified nurse aid certificate (CAN) in good standing. CPR required or will received upon hire.
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: One-year experience in nursing preferred. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
DUTY HOURS: 7 pm to 7 am including alternating weekends and Holidays
