Job Summary

CAREvity, LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to provide high-quality home care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client care plans in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Participate in client case conferences and provide regular updates to the Home Care Supervisor.
  • Implement current Certified Nurse Aide services, including regular discussions with the CAREvity Supervisor and receipt of client assignments and reports.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nurse Aide certification required, obtained through an approved program.
  • Three years of full-time or part-time experience in personal care or an institutional setting, or three years of experience in direct client care in a home care agency setting.
  • Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
  • Maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence in providing client care.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations due to client medical conditions.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to read and write English.

Working Conditions
  • Must be able to work every other weekend.
  • Must possess the ability to operate a smartphone.
