Job Overview:
As the Front Desk Administrator for our luxury real estate office, you will be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome to visitors and supporting the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This role involves handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and offering administrative support to the executive team and sales associates. This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office personnel.
  • Manage incoming mail, correspondence, and phone calls.
  • Address inquiries from clients and prospects effectively.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks.
  • Engage in daily office functions such as planning meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Languages:
  • English (required)
  • Spanish (preferred)

Commuting Requirements:
  • Fully In-Office (no remote work)
