Job Summary: The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the representative will perform light administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the call center and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations and service visits.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and ensure smooth call center operations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and administrative processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as a call center representative or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
