Job Summary:

As the National Sales Manager for our client, you will spearhead national sales initiatives, driving the adoption of advanced oxygen gas measurement and analysis sensors. This role is pivotal for expanding our client's market presence across diverse industries. If you're a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in B2B sales, seize this opportunity to contribute to our client's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to boost revenue and market share.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their oxygen gas measurement needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft impactful sales materials and campaigns.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and support.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the gas analysis or related technology industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of laser absorption spectroscopy sensors and their applications.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership roles, particularly in the gas analysis or scientific instrumentation sector, is highly desirable.
