We are on the lookout for a visionary Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization and play a crucial role in shaping the future of talent acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives and initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Manage marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and media contacts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years of team management in the recruiting tech/ATS/talent acquisition/job board platform space
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
