Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and expand market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives and initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Manage marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and media contacts.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years of team management in the recruiting tech/ATS/talent acquisition/job board platform space
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
