At Hartizen Homes, As a Sr Land Analyst within the Homebuilding industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the land analysis operations. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Land Analyst with a strong background in real estate. This individual should possess a deep understanding of underwriting, real estate finance, and home building analysis.

Primary responsibilities would also include:

  • Identifying and assessing residential real estate land opportunities
  • Coordinate supporting data on new home sales comparisons, demographics, product competition, entitlements, market trends and other information relevant to a project’s viability
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive inventory list of landowners, land opportunities, brokers, etc.
  • Conducting thorough research on site characteristics, zoning, and building fees (tap, impact, permit fees, etc.)
  • Analyzing market data to identify development opportunities and preparing insightful memoranda, reports, and summaries on proposed acquisitions
  • Researching and analyzing comparative land comps
  • Providing essential support throughout the acquisition process

Position requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance and Real Estate are preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
