Job Title: Senior Land Analyst

Hartizen Homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Land Analyst to join our team in Central Florida. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing residential real estate land opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on site characteristics, zoning, and building fees
  • Analyze market data to identify development opportunities and prepare insightful memoranda, reports, and summaries on proposed acquisitions
  • Identify and assess residential real estate land opportunities
  • Coordinate supporting data on new home sales comparisons, demographics, product competition, entitlements, market trends, and other information relevant to a project's viability
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive inventory list of landowners, land opportunities, brokers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Finance and Real Estate are preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
