Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban or Regional Planning or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in land planning, with a focus on sustainable development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AICP Certification.
  • Congress for New Urbanism Accreditation (CNU-a).
  • Experience working with local governments and private developers.
