Primerica is looking for a Marketing Representative to join our team in our Rancho cucamonga office. The Marketing Representative will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company's products and services.

The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate should have previous relevant experience and be interested in learning new sales techniques. To succeed in this role, he/she should be goal-driven and have strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Primerica Financial services products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and PFS overall market opportunity.
