Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing and social media.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analytics: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve strategies and achieve marketing goals.
- Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to enhance community engagement.
- Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Services and Recruitment to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

 

Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends; excellent writing and communication skills; proficiency in social media management tools 
- Creativity: Ability to generate creative ideas and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
