Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, and exploring new social media opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive engagement and growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Design and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms.

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

2. Content Creation & Management:

- Develop compelling and platform-specific content, including text, images, videos, and graphics in collaboration with the Content Creation Team.

- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.

3. Campaign Execution & Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, promotions, and influencer partnerships.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

4. Audience Engagement:

- Develop strategies to enhance follower engagement and retention.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Explore and test new social media platforms and features to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

7. Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

- Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media strategy and management.

- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation.

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with a wide range of social media platforms.

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

- Familiarity with campaign management
