Title:  Budget and Financial Analyst
Client:  Federal Agency   
Location:  Washington D.C.
Ability to Work:  Hybrid – Requires 2 days in the office
Clearance:  Public Trust 
Security Clearance Statement: Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Number of Position(s): 2
Work Schedule: 8a-6p
Workday:  Monday – Friday

Job Description:
 
  • Supports budget formulation and budget execution activities.
  • Prepares regular and special budget reports and analyzes monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Assists in defining and executing governmental financial business practices and incorporates the defined processes into an automated solution.
  • Displays effective communication and record keeping to document the flow, recommend opportunities, influence recommendations, and serve as a liaison.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • BS/BA degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent) required. MS/MA in business, management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative, results-driven workplace.
