The Manufacturing Engineer will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of our manufacturing processes. This individual will drive improvements in safety, product quality, efficiency, and profitability by designing and implementing innovative manufacturing systems and procedures across assembly, fabrication, and machining. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process development, and industrial/manufacturing engineering. The successful candidate will enhance our manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

1. Formulate and execute new manufacturing process plans for product launches.


2. Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


3. Develop and refine fixtures for manufacturing.


4. Collaborate across teams for product and process integration.


5. Address manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.


6. Uphold process controls and compliance.


7. Promote lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.


8. Support and train manufacturing personnel.


9. Document all manufacturing process phases.


10. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field required.

Extensive experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.

Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.

Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

Prepared to work independently, but collaborative in nature.
