We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property inspections, and open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
  • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
  • Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
  • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
  • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Work directly with Team Owners and Team Listing specialists to drive business growth opportunities through Listings, Client Referrals, or wherever may be found in the agent conversion funnel
  • Maintain, Improve and develop Listing systems
  • Keep the Listing Specialist organized and the Listing calendar organized
  • Qualify new Listing Lead Appointments/Confirm Listing Appointments for Listing Specialist
  • Listing input- Detailed Data input into FMLS/GAMLS/KWLS
  • Database management
  • Learning-based attitude. Will attend ongoing training and coaching to maintain a high level of agent and client satisfaction
  • Develop dynamic, fun channels of communication to correspond with staff
  • Oversee and manage all Listing Files, Listing marketing efforts including advertising campaigns
  • Maintain the constant communication and scheduling of the team Runner for lockbox and sign installation/removal
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
  • Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license
  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
  • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs

  • Demonstrates ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Proactive thinking and take-charge attitude
  • Combination of sales experience, business strategy, and business modeling experience preferred
  • Curious, always thinking, motivated to find a “better way”
  • Skilled in learning styles with the ability to develop and continuously improve listing systems and how to implement them. Ability to learn from each transaction and make improvements
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and people-oriented. Enjoys working with different personalities and can adapt/accommodate to other working styles while achieving goals and objectives of projects and deliverables
  • Service-oriented and responsive. Works well under deadlines. Can employ personal time management to prioritize projects and get work completed
  • Collaborative attitude. Adept at building internal relationships/dialogue to help facilitate the process, as well as generate the ‘right’ result. This includes team building and development
