Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the aesthetic appeal of the property through regular maintenance and care of the grounds.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention.
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks, service requests, and unit transitions.
  • Ensure all equipment on the property is functioning properly.
  • Familiarize yourself with the layout of the property, including equipment locations, pet areas, and recreational facilities.
  • Regularly inspect the grounds, collecting litter and debris.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Availability for on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
