Responsibilities
  • Positions are for Dayshift, Swing shift, and Graveyard shifts, operational 24 hours per day, (3) 8 hour shifts per day, 2 (2) guards per shift. Location is a high-end gated community.
  • Monitor entrance and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the community.
  • Remove trespassers when necessary, and turn arrivals away from the properties that do not have authorization by the resident's who live inside this high-end gated community. Patrol duties inside the community with provided company security vehicle.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras of the internal portions of the properties.
  • Report on daily activities and any security incidents.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Guard House Security Guard working with access control programs is preferred. Please don't not apply without having 3-5 years of security experience.
  • High level of personal boundaries and strong communication skills are a must for this position
  • Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
  • Excellent writing skills and report writing ability
  • Ability to operate surveillance equipment
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Security Guard House experience is required
