Job Title: Donation Attendant - Newbury Park

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at our Newbury Park store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with loading and unloading donations from the donation trailer/pod
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with donors and customers
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the store
