Acumatica Consultant - Lead Implementations and Drive Business Transformation

Are you a seasoned ERP consultant with a passion for helping businesses optimize operations and achieve strategic goals? Do you possess deep Acumatica expertise and a dedication to exceeding client expectations? If so, this is the opportunity for you.

In this pivotal role, you will play a central role in guiding clients through successful Acumatica ERP implementations. You will leverage your extensive knowledge to configure the system to perfectly align with each client's unique business needs, fostering significant improvements in efficiency and growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive Acumatica ERP implementations, collaborating directly with senior client personnel.
  • Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and configure Acumatica functionalities to achieve their specific goals.
  • Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, adhering to aggressive timelines and delivering clear project objectives, findings, and recommendations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working alongside fellow consultants to develop innovative solutions and ensure flawless execution exceeding client expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, effectively translating client requirements into actionable customizations.
  • Ensure data integrity through meticulous client data cleansing and importing. Maintain comprehensive documentation for seamless project flow.
  • Empower your team by providing training on various aspects of implementations, delegating tasks strategically based on expertise.
  • Cultivate subject matter expertise in a specific area of Acumatica, leveraging either deep product knowledge or industry-specific understanding.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of Acumatica, their role in business models, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Acumatica Consultant.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and completing Acumatica ERP implementations.
  • Experience in projects related to Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, and/or Project Accounting is a significant advantage.
  • Possession of at least one Acumatica Badge is highly regarded.
  • The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and a history of successful teamwork in complex environments.
  • Experience and understanding of:
    • Business Financials and Accounting (Required)
    • Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning (Highly Preferred)
    • Project Management and Documentation
    • Order Processing
    • Inventory Management
    • CRM
    • Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
