Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the strategic interface for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Order Management Applications.• Lead full lifecycle implementations, translating business requirements into user requirement specifications and designing comprehensive solutions.• Collaborate with application analysts, consultants, and various IT groups throughout the project lifecycle to ensure cohesive and effective technology solutions.• Manage business analysis processes, including requirements gathering, documentation, and scope definition.• Create and present key requirements artifacts such as Scope Documents, Use Cases, Functional Designs, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams.• Provide business and technical leadership to project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of assigned projects.• Ensure the security of confidential and proprietary information and materials.• Lead technical and functional teams, offering innovative solutions and developing new concepts, methods, and techniques.
Required Skills and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or a related field.• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality, including Order Management, Inventory Management, Oracle Pricing, and Oracle Trading Partner Architecture.• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and proficiency with SQL-based queries.• Advanced skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Experience with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for Order Management, Inventory Management, Oracle Pricing, and Oracle Trading Partner Architecture.• Proven track record of strategic project planning and client management.• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects with varying deadlines.• Experience in managing teams and working with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
