Call Center Representatives - Election Services Clerks
October-December$15.00 an hour40 hour work weekPaid WeeklyDuties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls for two phone lines (x6965 & x1617)
  • Record phone calls on web-based phone call tracking system per protocol
  • Learn election content on both the voter and election-worker side
  • Work mandatory election dates with long hours (including some weekends)
  • Deliver effective customer service utilizing available resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills
    1. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
      1. Proficiency in typing on computer while talking on phone
      2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
