  • Assist in Account Receivable statements and collections
  • Handle Administrative duties as needed
  • Process and print invoices on all web transactions
  • Handle confidential credit card and cash postings
  • Enter Data in Excel and tracking platforms
  • Review and handle invoice inquiry emails
  • Run daily reports
  • Manage and organize spreadsheets
  • Support the Accounting department in other duties and participate in other projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Must have strong EXCEL and overall computer skills.
  • Will be a good verbal and written communicator with the ability to work well in a team as well as on projects independently.
