Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by utilizing strong selling skills and closing techniques.
- CRM Management: Update and manage the CRM system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, products, or services promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the trailer, automotive, industrial, or boating sectors.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for meeting client needs.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with products in the automotive, industrial, boating, or trailer industries is highly desirable.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a bilingual sales environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in cross-selling and upselling related products.
