FreshTake customers will enjoy a variety of culinary delights, including an in-store sushi bar, pizza and pasta station, sandwich bar, full-service hot food bar, bakery, and a large selection of import cheeses. For a refreshing twist, customers can visit the fresh-squeezed juice and smoothie bar or discover easy meal solutions with our grab-and-go options. We also offer the convenience of Instacart pickup and delivery services, ensuring effortless online grocery shopping. For special occasions, our catering services provide a delectable selection of culinary delights.

With seating for 130, two outdoor balconies, a spacious mezzanine seating area above the in-store Starbucks, and a cozy spot for professionals to work or meet over coffee with complimentary WIFI, we aim to create a community hub. Our outdoor patio features a walk-up barbecue smokehouse for a mouthwatering lunch or dinner, a fire pit, and a 5-hole putting green, making FreshTake a destination for families and individuals alike.

About This Position
FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Service Desk Team Member to join our customer service team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, returns, and issues, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges at the service desk
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Process refunds and store credits accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards at the service desk
  • Assist with sales and special orders
  • Provide information about store promotions, policies, and services
  • Follow customer service procedures and guidelines set forth by the Front-End Manager

Availability:
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
