Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize creativity in evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client visits per week, 75% of which being Medicaid clients.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Attend and participate in supervision, case consultation, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and Ellie's services in the community.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must have an associates level license with the state of South Carolina.
  • Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track for obtaining licensure.
  • Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes in a timely manner.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work with a diverse client base within professional scope.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
