Position Overview:

Planstin is hiring a MemberGateway Membership Specialist. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless access and support for our valued members and affiliates. Whether it's troubleshooting basic membership questions, guiding new groups and individuals through our enrollment process, or providing personalized assistance, your role will directly impact our members and affiliates' satisfaction. Join us in creating a positive and efficient experience for our community

This position is in office with opportunity for hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside members and affiliates to complete the enrollment process for new memberships. Confirm new enrollments several times each day.
  • Conduct welcome calls with new members that enroll in MemberGateway and provide general overview of the membership
  • Be the first point of contact for members and affiliates that call or email for support regarding their membership. Calls range from basic customer service support to problem solving and answering concerns.
  • Become an expert on Hint OS, Zoho, Outlook, MS Teams, and all other programs we use to facilitate the best possible experience for our customers and agents
  • Work alongside the MemberGateway Manager and other teammates to develop and improve processes

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer service role handling large volumes of phone calls and emails with kindness and professionalism
  • Thorough and efficient in performing tasks and documentation, paying high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate capacity to want to learn beyond an initiatory period of the role and participate in developing processes
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite programs like Teams, Outlook, and Excel with the ability to type at a rapid rate when needed
  • Ability to communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with all stakeholders using conventional English grammar conventions and spelling
