A day in the life as a Regional Staffing Manager

At HireLevel, your daily focus as a leader will be guiding and motivating a dynamic team in the evolving field of employment services. Quickly acclimating to client expectations, you'll collaborate with teams to implement strategic recruitment plans, ensuring top talent for our clients. This role offers the chance to mentor and coach team members individually, facilitating their career growth. Monitoring financial performance against budgets and goals, measuring success, and enforcing key performance indicators are integral aspects of this impactful position.

HireLevel works as a company to ensure that customers and candidates alike are satisfied and can truly tell the "HireLevel difference". The Regional Staffing Manager will be responsible for nurturing a sales culture by developing new business relationships and working with prospective clients to determine the best level of HireLevel services.


What you need to be qualified for this job

To be qualified for the Regional Staffing Manager position, you must consider yourself a "people-person" with a competitive drive, highly organized and able to think outside the box. You'll be engaging with our clients daily so it is vital that you are able to understand what we can provide them and can speak to HireLevel's capabilities. We have a culture of accountability so being able to hold yourself accountable as well as your team is an absolute must.

We operate out of several software platforms so the ability to adapt to new software and use it efficiently is required. This role is also responsible for running and analyzing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Experience working in the staffing or employment service industry is required.

This is an on-site position, with expectations of travel.
