Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the brokerage team to improve productivity and act as a liaison between brokerage and marketing.
  • Prepare various documents, including correspondence, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Gather and organize information for property tours.
  • Assist with property tours and coordinate with marketing for client events.
  • Assist the marketing team with developing and executing marketing strategies for the brokerage portfolio.
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of marketing materials across online commercial real estate listing platforms.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and develop content to support marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and manage deal files.
  • Work with the research director to keep current market research data updated.
  • Update and manage prospect and client databases.
  • Participate in regular meetings with brokerage teams and marketing to discuss and improve workflows.
  • Assist with content creation and management for social media accounts.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts.
  • Track and manage commission invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, research, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, data management, and analytical skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, flexible, and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely service to clients.
  • Understanding or experience with commercial real estate listing platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
