Enterprise Service Desk Specialists

AERMOR is hiring Enterprise Service Desk Specialists who will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems, answering questions, and managing service requests. The selected individuals will execute scripts, open and close tickets, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. They will look to identify, diagnose and monitor system issues and provide solutions rapidly, advise users of current issues, and offer online security support. This role will oversee operations, ticket management, and performance of information technology services.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for providing highly technical Tier 1 expertise in enterprise systems
Provides help desk support on IT Hardware and Software Systems and Applications
Accurately records and tracks calls using help desk software
Qualifying Requirements:
Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance
Certification/Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or one year of experience
