The Field Customer Service Specialist will be the face of our company, providing exceptional client facing interactions, be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process for our pressure washing and painting projects. With a dedication to excellence and a commitment to our community, we aim to exceed expectations, leaving a lasting impression on every project we undertake Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct on-site evaluations of properties to assess the scope of work for pressure washing and painting projects, including the current conditions of materials and taking accurate measurements. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to recommend appropriate pressure washing areas and techniques. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service. Keep up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pressure washing and painting techniques and materials. The ideal candidate should possess: Valid Virginia driver's license is required, and a clean, insurable driving record for 5 years is required. Previous experience in pressure washing and painting projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of pressure washing and painting techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Reliable transportation.
