As the Outpatient Program Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining intake services and assessments, coordination of care planning and referral networking strategies to meet organizational objectives. You will manage the Recovery House RA’s as well as monitor the functioning of the homes. Promote Performance Improvement and service delivery that is aligned with the agency’s primary mission.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma.

· College or an advanced degree from an accredited college or university, applicable experience may be substituted for a degree. (preferred)

· 3-5 years of intake and management experience preferably in behavioral healthcare.

· Proven experience in developing and maintaining referral relationships, networking strategies; strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate admissions and discharges for all clients.

· Responsible for benefit eligibility and confirmation.

· Assist with coordinating and collecting co-pays, deductibles or other fees from clients that may be due at admission, during treatment, at discharge or post-discharge.

· Assist with coordinating and arranging for client payment plans when necessary.

· Liaison to clients regarding insurance benefits and coverage.

· Scheduling and completing admission assessments and required paperwork.

· Manage the Recovery House RA’s performance

· Monitor the functioning and quality of the Recovery Houses

· Implement Recovery House/Outpatient rules

· Orientation for new patients

· Assist with clinical groups and assessments (when needed)

· Manage day to day operations of the outpatient office

· Other duties as assigned.
