We are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will support our Customer Service department.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service by acting as the primary contact for the customer and supporting the Customer Service Manager (CSM) to improve the level of customer satisfaction. They will proactively anticipate client needs, collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines, and drive client success. Additionally, the CSR will focus on actively look for opportunities to improve the processes and expand the business with the client, while reinforcing the ongoing relationship.
Your day to day will consist of:
- Continue developing a solid and trusting relationship between client and company
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Daily processing of all account related tasks, such as the validation of quotes within ERP system, and any other transaction related to the repair workflow
- Monitor WIP to avoid delays and anticipate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with the CSM to ensure the success of the account
- Gaining a thorough understanding of key account requirements to meet the client's KPIs
- Manage communications between client and internal teams.
- Develop internal performance timelines and analyze client data to enhance customer relationship management
- Responsible for managing and sustaining profit margins for assigned accounts
- Back up to the CSM when needed

- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage and execute client contracts
- Ability to multitask
- Be available to travel as required
