Your role involves collaborating with client HR teams and leadership to drive strategic talent initiatives and align them with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and refine talent management strategies that support organizational objectives and address talent needs.
  • Conduct assessments to identify talent gaps, strengths, and development needs, using tools such as performance reviews, competency frameworks, and employee surveys.
  • Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Advise clients on performance management practices, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Develop strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including employee recognition, career development, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Assist clients in creating and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roles and leadership positions.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by providing insights into effective recruiting strategies, employer branding, and talent sourcing.
  • Provide guidance on change management initiatives related to talent management, including organizational restructuring and culture change.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management, HR consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development programs and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess talent needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems and talent management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
