Job Summary:
Frank Kent Motor Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at our Corsicana, Texas dealership. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling vehicles to meet or exceed dealership sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $42,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and sales performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs and wants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening actively to their responses.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and demonstrate how they meet the customer's needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to maintain long-term relationships.
- Continuously update knowledge of vehicle models, features, prices, and financing options.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives set by the dealership.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
