SpeedPro Imaging, a high impact, premiere large format graphics company seeks an outstanding Inside Sales Representative for our local studio.
We produce eye popping graphics including wall murals, window graphics, trade show displays, vehicle wraps and other large format signage in a fun and emerging business.
Area We Serve: SpeedPro Imaging is located in Boca Raton, Florida, and proudly serves the surrounding areas, including Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach, Coconut Creek, and Coral Springs. We focus on providing exceptional service to all of Palm Beach County and North Broward. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality large-format graphics to businesses and organizations throughout these regions, helping them make a lasting impact with visually stunning marketing materials.
Position Overview: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the following:
- Generating & Building relationships with our inbound leads and generating prospective clients
- Converting these prospects into sales and managing that with our CRM from within our office.
- This role focuses on both inbound outbound sales calls and digital communication, as well as handling incoming inquiries, pre-qualify leads and nurture them to final sale.
- Base Salary - $35k to $40k a year + Commission, No Cap
- Monthly Stipend/Expense Account
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Enjoy time with friends and family. No Weekends

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital marketing efforts.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and convert these interactions into sales opportunities.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth transition to the project management team.
- CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and document all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Assist in developing and implementing outbound sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales activities and market trends.
- 2+ years of inside sales or telemarketing experience.
- Experience in the visual communications or large format digital print industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
