AllSeason Solar is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach potential solar system buyers.

The marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help the company’s reputation and growth.


Responsibilities / Job Duties

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Promotional Events, Web Based & Referral Leads

  • Inspect creative elements and layouts.

  • Create interest for services and work with sales staff to design campaigns.

  • Direct and plan programs by using direct mail, internet advertising, store displays, special events and social media to increase sales.

  • Organize market research studies and analyze their findings.

  • Develop pricing strategies for product/services to be marketed.

  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

  • Creative brief, and/or defined style guide-Think strategically about page design based on performance data captured-Must have experience building B2B sites-The Marketer will be designing some marketing landing pages that include ads (digital Ads) and pop ups.

  • Build landing pages and funnels for various area target demographics (Neighbors)

  • Create desktop and mobile user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • With Geofence we are establishing a virtual fence around a specific area and send ads or messages to users in that fence for our solar target neighbors.

  • Analyze, Geofencing around a competitor's location

  • Reach out to our target audience advertise – Text Messages / Push Notifications / PPD Ads

  • Analyze – Conversion Rate / CTR (Click through rate / Bounce Rate/ Cost per Click (CPC)

  • Creative Words for Advertise

  • Maintain graphic standards and consistent branding throughout the product’s interface

  • Code website page variations for split-testing

  • Editing landing pages (html, css, php), wordpress themes, banner ads, email templates on mail chimp, social media ads for facebook,Instagram, Twitter

  • Cross-browser/platform testing to ensure code functions properly on all devices

Requirements:.

  • Minimum 1-2 Years Designing Landing Page Experience


  • Familiarity or knowledge of the solar energy industry is a definite plus.

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Front End Web Development with strong coding skills using technologies

  • High sense of urgency, motivation and positivity, strong work ethic and pride in one's work

  • Experience with adobe photoshop or other design platforms

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML and CSS

  • Intermediate skills in Java script and JS libraries such as jQuery

  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing SEO/Social Media and Web Marketing Services) and market research methods.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Solutions & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desirable.

  • Well organized and detail oriented.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

  • A degree in marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
