Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist implements and executes strategic marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Director of Branding & Marketing. This role supports comprehensive campaign development, lead generation, and market analysis, ensuring alignment with True Ventures Group and its entities' overarching marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing: Working closely with the Copywriter and SEO Specialist, create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs/e-books, and email campaigns.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that complement the creative directions set by the Creative Art Director and align with the digital strategies managed by the Director of Branding & Marketing.
  • Market Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide actionable insights that help refine marketing strategies. Share findings with the Director of Branding & Marketing to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation programs that effectively convert interest into measurable outcomes, enhancing customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Event Management: Assist in managing marketing aspects of events and tradeshows, ensuring promotional activities align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Paid Media: Work closely with SEO, Copywriter, & Creative Director to develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with the Copywriter, SEO Specialist, and Creative Director to ensure a cohesive marketing message and visual consistency across all channels.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Director of Branding & Marketing, using key metrics to assess progress and areas for improvement.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and adapt to evolving business needs. This may include tasks outside your primary role but within the scope of your skills and expertise.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in social media marketing within these sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who can use data and intuition to make informed decisions.


Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and how to leverage each for brand growth and engagement.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual content coordination, and video production for social media channels.
  • Knowledge of advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing platforms, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce for customer relationship management and sales strategies, Adobe Suite, HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration and utilization within the marketing strategy.
  • Experience in SEO and optimizing social media content for search, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on social media performance using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging, on-brand social media content.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop innovative social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, SEO, and marketing teams, to execute cohesive social media strategies.

KPI’s:

  • Achieve a 10% increase in social media followers per quarter.
  • Maintain an average engagement rate of 60% or higher across all social media platforms.
  • Generate 30 qualified sales leads per month.
  • Assess the quality of leads generated based on predefined criteria (e.g., engagement level, demographic fit).
  • Ensure that 100% content marketing aligns with and enhances broader marketing campaigns.
  • Track the percentage of leads generated from campaigns that convert into customers and achieve an ROI (return on investment) of 3:1.
  • Evaluate the performance of different marketing channels (social media, email, paid ads) in driving campaign goals. Develop plans to improve and optimize those campaigns month-on-month.
  • Lower CPAs month-on-month by refining campaigns.
  • Monitor the percentage of clicks on paid ads relative to the number of impressions and increase the CTR month-on-month.
  • Increase open rates and click-through rates monthly.
