Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns within multiple channels (Google, Facebook and others). With a proven track record of improving local small business website rankings and traffic. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a marketing role, has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Paid Advertising and Digital Marketing Strategy: The digital marketing specialist will develop and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Responsibilities include campaign creation, management, optimization, and performance tracking to maximize ROI. They will also formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, encompassing email marketing campaigns, SEO initiatives, and overall digital outreach. This role involves analyzing ad performance metrics, conducting market research, optimizing conversion rates, and delivering insightful reports to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing objectives.

Social Media Marketing & Strategy: Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, including content planning, scheduling, and campaign management across platforms. The specialist will monitor engagement metrics, analyze social media performance, and report on effectiveness to refine strategies for maximum impact.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Responsible for optimizing website performance through local SEO, technical SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimizations, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. The specialist will monitor search engine rankings, implement SEO best practices, and continually refine strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Requirements and Education:
  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on local small businesses.
  • Advanced knowledge and solid experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with tools, such as Google Search Console, and others.
  • Strong understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, content strategy, and implementation in WordPress (Elementor).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Proficiency with major digital marketing channels and social media tools (Google Ad Platform, Meta Business Suite, iContact, SocialPilot, HubSpot, etc). Paid social experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe)
  • Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.
  • Experience in an agency setting, creating custom SEO reports, and face-to-face client reporting is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, English. Previous sales and customer service experience.
