Living Plate Rx is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on part-time Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its growing team. This person will be responsible for running the marketing machine and keeping the wheels oiled. 

Living Plate Rx is a subscription-based software company that provides content and meal-planning services for dietitians and nutritionists. Jeanne Petrucci, CEO of Living Plate Rx, is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, created Living Plate Rx to provide nutrition professionals with content and meal-planning tools to scale their practices and provide nutritional resources to their clients. 

You are perfect for this role if you work well in a team environment that is willing to provide input and suggestions. The team has a good time, but works very hard to achieve tasks, projects and goals. You will be the driver of growth as you lead the marketing activities that result in revenue generation.

You are a flexible and adaptable team player who thrives when working at a fast pace.  You have a great understanding of the digital marketing world and know how to execute. You have skills ranging from email marketing, text automation, and chat automation to social media, funnels and Facebook advertising.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

General Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Project Management: Utilizing ClickUp, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Technology: Proficient experience with Go High Level.

Email

  • Technology: Utilize Go High Level for all email activity.
  • Campaign Management: Deploy and monitor campaigns.
  • List Management: Maintain, segment and tag email lists to target different customer demographics effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Track open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize email performance.

Text and Chat Automations

  • Workflow Design: Develop and implement SMS marketing workflows for customer engagement and retention.
  • Message Crafting: Create compelling text messages that align with marketing goals and customer expectations.
  • Bot Implementation: Deploy chatbots to work inside Instagram posts. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics such as delivery rates, response rates, and conversions to refine text automation strategies.

Social Media

  • Content Creation: Repurpose and curate engaging content tailored to Instagram best practices.
  • Planning: Plan and schedule content with Jeanne and social media scheduler.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage online communities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on performance.

Funnels

  • Funnel Creation: Utilizing templates, build funnels as needed in order to optimize conversions.
  • Conversion Tracking: Monitor funnel performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.

Facebook Ads and Ad Spend

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Budget Allocation: Oversee ad spend and allocate budgets to maximize ROI while staying within financial limits.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze ad performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Copywriting

  • Content Creation: Utilize AI to write compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels.
  • Brand Voice: Utilize AI to maintain and develop brand voice and messaging consistency across all copy.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

  • 3 + years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Ability to work autonomously in order to meet deadlines and oversee projects to completion. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive copy and effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
