Project Manager - Digital Marketing Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our digital marketing development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our agency's broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects from planning to implementation, adhering to Agile standards and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions using Agile methodologies, ensuring compliance with agency processes.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance, using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Provide support to project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, ensuring project success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring effective project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical project manager in the advertising/marketing agency development side or relevant industry sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid technical background, with practical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a structure, following standardized processes, and contributing to process development.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring project success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
