Day to day as a Receptionist

As our Full Time Receptionist at Adventure ABA, LLC, you'll kickstart each day by unlocking the doors to our clinic with a big smile, setting a cheerful tone for everyone who walks in. Handling incoming calls and texts will be a breeze for you as you expertly manage scheduling changes and provide a welcoming presence to all who contact us. Your knack for organization will shine through as you help keep everything running smoothly, similar to the front desk of a daycare or preschool.

By ensuring our operations flow seamlessly, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient environment for both our clients and staff.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full Time Receptionist at Adventure ABA, LLC, you'll need to bring a positive attitude and a high school diploma to the table. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a must, as you'll be navigating various programs to keep our office running smoothly. Being reliable, professional, courteous, and patient will ensure you handle all tasks with ease and grace.

Excellent communication and writing skills are key as you interact with clients and team members daily. While an associate's degree is preferred, a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly are essential qualities that will set you up for success in this role.
