ABOUT THIS ROLE

The DRIPBaR Phoenix Biltmore is seeking a Sales Receptionist for our location in the Biltmore neighborhood. The Sales Receptionist will communicate with all clients both walk-in clients and following up with prospects via phone, email, and text. They will manage all office communications, fielding organizational phone calls, store emails and incoming mail and packages. The Sales Receptionist will own recommendations on wellness plans and pitch memberships and be instrumental in scheduling and managing new and existing customers. This role is part-time, likely 3 days/week including Saturdays.

ABOUT YOU

You have experience in office management, executive assistant, receptionist, retail sales, or customer service / concierge and have exceptional customer service skills. You have the ability to take initiative to work independently and problem solve. You are able to influence others and offer suggestions for clients to meet their needs and the needs of the business. You have the ability to quickly shift tasks and complete a variety of different tasks throughout the shift while managing your time strategically. You can recognize and respond to potential problems and are able to maintain composure when there are competing priorities. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field such as office management, executive assistant, receptionist, retail sales, or customer service / concierge

  • Experience with high volume of customer atmosphere

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • An aptitude for learning new software and systems

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk during hours of operation and at events

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in a med spa setting

  • Previous experience in high growth companies
