Noble Anesthesia Partners is seeking an energetic and eager individual to join our Texas Office-Based Anesthesia (OBA) division as a PART-TIME Equipment Technician.

What You'll Do:

Logistics Coordination:

  • Plan and execute the delivery, setup, and takedown of equipment at clients' procedure and post-anesthesia recovery rooms.
  • Ensure all equipment is returned to Noble offices, cleaned, and restocked.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during setup or use.

Disinfection and Cleaning:

  • Ensure all equipment is sterilized and cleaned before and after each use, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies, restock as necessary, and ensure all items are within their expiration dates.
  • Communicate special supply needs or low inventory to internal and external teams.

Documentation:

  • Accurately document all equipment setups, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues.
  • Record inventory items in the electronic management platform (ENVI) within 24 hours of delivery.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.
  • Represent Noble with professionalism and courtesy during client interactions.

Ensure Safety, Quality, and Patient Satisfaction:

  • Perform every task with the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in mind.
Work Schedule:
  • Surgeon office hours, Monday-Friday.
  • No evenings, Sundays, or holidays required.
  • Must be willing to drive to client offices throughout the DFW-Mansfield area.
  • Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use and additional incentives based on agreed terms.
  • Additional opportunities and incentives for flexibility and travel to the Houston area as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a valid Driver's license (DMV license run upon application submission).
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with OBA staff and clients, both locally and nationally.
  • Previous logistics experience in a surgical practice, ambulatory surgery center, or hospital-based setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Excel, Outlook) and mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of operating a cargo van.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
